12. Water in fuel indicator:
The warning shall come on when ignition is turned
'ON' and will go off in ~ 3 seconds. This indicator
lights up continuously with buzzer if there is excess
water accumulation in the sedimenter, which
needs to be drained.
13. ABS Indicator: (If applicable)
This warning lamp comes on for ~3 secs. When
key is turned to IGN position and goes off after 3
secs. This indicator comes on if there is a problem
in the ABS system.
14. Airbag Indicator:
This warning lamp comes on for ~3 secs. When
key is turned to IGN position and goes off. If it
remains on or blinks, it indicates problem with Air-
bag system.
15. Seat Belt Indicator:
The Seat Belt Warning Indicator shall be ON for 3
secs at every Ignition ON and goes OFF after 3
secs, if the user doesn’t buckle the seat belt and
vehicle speed is approx more than 16 Kmph the
warning shall flash with buzzer to remind the user
to wear the seat belt for the safe drive.
16. Immobilizer Warning:
Immobilizer system disables engine starting, if
original key is not used, for safety purpose. The
user has to use “original key” only for
authentication & unlocking the vehicle. Please
refer to Immobilizer section for details.
NOTE:
Lamp blink: Vehicle is in immobilized condition &
when key is not inserted.
Lamp OFF: Normal condition (Authenticated
user) & engine will start
Lamp ON: Problem with key / system.
17. Traction Control / ESP warning :( If
applicable)
This symbol comes ON when ignition is turned ON
for approximately 3 seconds and goes OFF.
The indicator remains ON with “TCS or ESP fault”
message it indicates fault in ESP system.
The Indicator shall blink when there is an
ESP/TCS is active
18. Front Fog :( If Applicable)
This indicator lights up when the Front Fog lamp is
‘ON’.
19. Rear Fog:
This indicator lights up when the Rear Fog lamp is
‘ON’.
20. Door Open Warning:
Prior to driving ensure that all the doors are
properly closed. If any one of the doors is partially
open, the corresponding door open indicator shall
come on.
21. Cruise Control :( If applicable)
This symbol comes ON for approximately 3
seconds when ignition is turned ON and goes
OFF. This symbol comes ON when you activate /
switch ON the Cruise Control. (Please refer to
Cruise Control section for working of Cruise
Control).
22. Check Engine Lamp
This symbol lights up for 3 secs when the ‘IGN’ is
turned ‘ON’ and should go ‘OFF’ after the engine
starts.
