Y. Turbocharger :
Removal :
1. Disconnect the battery connection.
2. Pull out the Engine Cover.
3. Remove the Air Filter Assembly. (Refer air
filter removal procedure.)
4. Disconnect the electrical connection of the
turbocharger.
5. Remove the Turbocharger Heat Shield by
removing the two mounting bolts.
6. Loosen and remove the clamps and remove
the hose between turbocharger and
intercooler pipe.
7. Loosen and remove one mounting bolt of the
intake pipe.
8. Remove the OMS hose pipe and loosen the
intake pipe nuts from turbocharger to remove
it.
9. Remove the CCC assembly. (Refer CCC
removal procedure)
