8.8.10 FRONT WASHER NOZZLE

LOCATION:

There are two nozzles at front fitted on leaf screen.

Nozzles are snap fitted.

REMOVAL

1. Remove leaf screen, Pry out the front nozzle

from its snap fitting.

2. Pull out the nozzle assemble from the cutout

and disconnect the washer hose.

INSPECTION:

Blow air in the injection direction and make sure

that air flows only one way. Make sure that the

reverse direction is not possible.

Check

periodically nozzle for air trapping / dust entry.

NOZZLE SETTING:

1. See the water jet spot, if it is in the middle zone

of the windscreen as shown in below fig then

OK.

2. If the water jet is not at the middle of

windscreen screen, then adjust the nozzle tip

angle manually such that water jet spot should

be at the middle of windscreen glass.

3. All four jet should be on same level.

REFITMENT

1. Pull out the washer hose from the cutout and

connect to the washer nozzle.

2. Snap fit the nozzle into the cutout.
