REMOVAL:

1. Remove the front bumper assembly. (

For

procedure refer body section

)

2. Disconnect the electrical connections of float

sensor and washer pump.

3. Disconnect Hose connections of Wash Pumps

and Filler pipe parking clips.

4. Remove three washer bottle mounting bolts,

one filler neck mounting bolts along with

washers.

5. Take out the washer bottle assembly.

INSPECTION:

Check the washer bottle for cracks and leakages if

any.

REFITMENT:

1. Align the washer bottle to match with mounting

holes at three locations.

2. Route filler pipe on washer bottle mounting

bracket with help of parking clips

3. Mount filler neck on filler neck mounting bkt and

with fix bolt. Tightening torque for bolts -0.5

Kgfm

4. Connect the electrical connections to float

sensor and washer pump.

5. Connect the filler pipe to washer bottle and

washer hose to washer pump.

6. Fit the front bumper assembly.

NOTE:

After installation, add water up to the upper level of

the washer bottle and check for water leakage.
