NOTE

The groove provided on the collar should be

towards the input shaft.

2. Align rotor slot of the pump and slot of the

pump body in line.

NOTE

Use key aligner for inserting rotor assembly on to

the output shaft. The slot of the rotor should be

inline with the sleeve on to the output shaft as

shown in next step.

3. Slide the pump assembly on the output shaft

over pump pin.

4. Slip hose clamp over free end of hose coupling

with strainer and push onto hose barb on pump

and tighten.

5. Install snap ring on to the output shaft, if

removed.

6. Install the output shaft splines into the spacer

(Collar)

and engage the output shaft end with

input shaft bearing.
