28. Reconnect the rubber tube on the
transmission breather.
29. Install the crossbar and tighten the 6 screws
to 8.6kgfm tightening torque.
30. Tighten the two crossbar nuts to Specified
torque value.
31. Place new O-rings on the cooler lines.
32. Install the cooler lines, and tighten the screw
to TML tightening torque 2.0 to 2.5kgfm.
33. Apply the 5GM of synthetic GREASE 365
SS6808 TS25205P1.
34. Install the transfer box.
35. Tighten the 6 transfer case nuts to tightening
4.6 to 5kgfm.
