11. Loosen and remove three mounting nuts and
take out the turbocharger
(1)
from exhaust man-
ifold
(2).
FITMENT
For fitment follow the reverse procedure of removal.
NOTE
Use new gasket and sealing washer every time
and tighten bolts to specified torque.
Check that the sealing washers are fitted on the
oil feeder line at the time of assembly.
16. EGR VALVE ACTUATOR
A DC motor drive is used to move the EGR valve
over the complete movement range. The DC motor
is directly controlled by the ECU of the Diesel en-
gine. EMS ECU High power integrated H-bridge
EGR actuator driver has diagnostics and fault de-
tection feature. This driver is used for bi directional
current control of motor driven EGR actuator
.
LOCATION
EGR cooler assembly is mounted above intake
manifold
.
