D. DASHBOARD

REMOVAL

1. Adjust and Set the steering column to the

bottom most position.

2. Unlock the DAB notch in the steering wheel

from three locations by rotating the steering

wheel at 180 Deg and remove the DAB

assembly. (Refer Steering wheel removal

procedure)

3. Remove the Wheel locking nut from the

steering wheel. (Refer Steering wheel removal

procedure)

4. Remove steering wheel using special tool Part

number: 2779 5890 4601. (Refer Steering

wheel removal procedure)

5. Pull out the upper middle cover of the steering

column using the proper popper tool set.

6. Remove the upper steering nacelle cover

using the popper tool set.

7. Pull out the instrument cluster cover of steering

column and remove the in car sensor.

8. Remove instrument cluster by removing the

04nos screws.

9. Remove the instrument cluster connectors.

10. Pull out the upper cover R.H.S along with

master-light switch and disconnect the

electrical connections. Similarly pull out the

upper panel L.H.S.
