22.2 ON VEHICLE PROCEDURES:
A.
BONNET SECTION
I.
BONNET REMOVAL
1. Open the bonnet.
2. Support the bonnet and disconnect the hood
balance by removing the top mounting nut
from both sides.
3. Loosen and remove mounting bolts follow the
same procedure at the other end and take out
the bonnet assembly.
4. Remove the bonnet from the vehicle.
5. Remove the black color plastic on the vehicle.
6. Remove wiper motor complete assembly
.
7. Remove the wiper motor mounting plenum
from the vehicle.
8. Remove the Bonnet hinges bolts / screws.
ASSEMBLY:
For assembly follow the reverse procedure of the
removal.
