8. Headliner :
Removal :
1. Remove the front and rear door primary seal
just enough to facilitate removal of upper pillar
trims and headliner. Remove all upper pillar
trims like A, B and C pillar upper.
2. Remove the roof lamp as it is snapped
against headliner dis-connect the wiring
harness to the roof lamp.
3. Remove the two sunvisor clip fixation
(inboards) two bolts.
4. Remove the two sunvisor RH and LH fixations
to BIW with 4 screws.
5. Remove the 3 grab handles which are fit with
6 bolts.
6. Remove the 3 tree clip off rear roof bow.
7. Gently remove the dog house tree clip to BIW.
Dog house is pasted to headliner so be gentle
while removal, else it will cause damage to
headliner.
Re-Fitment :
Carry out the removal process in reverse
order in appropriate sequence for re-fitment of
headliner.
