12.8.8 TAIL LAMP

Tail lamp consists of the following bulbs:

1. Turn indicator

2. Reverse

3. Tail/Stop light

It is fitted on D pillar.

REMOVAL AND REFITMENT OF TAIL LAMP

REMOVAL

1. Remove Tail lamp fastener:

2. Remove Tail lamp top from locating point.

3. Remove bottom tail lamp from locating point.

REFITMENT:

1. Connect the connector first and locate bottom

tail lamp at its proper place & fix the fasteners.

After insertion in the grommet.

2. Locate tail lamp top at its proper place & fix the

fasteners after insertion in the grommet.

REPLACING TAIL LAMP BULB:

1. Make sure lighting stalk is in ‘OFF’ position.

2. Remove the tail lamp: refer "Removal &

Refitment of tail lamp".

3. Rotate and pull out the socket with bulb to be

replaced.

4. Carefully remove the fused bulb from the

socket by rotating and pulling it.
