DISMANTLING
Press out the spiral pins and remove the shifter fork
from the shifter shaft.
Follow the same procedure for other shifter shafts.
INSPECTION
•
Burrs, damages, wear of shafts, dogs and de-
tents.
•
Conditions of spiral pin mounting in forks, spac-
ers and dogs.
NOTE
Before assembly refer component identification sec-
tion for ensuring the correct shifter for is placed on
there respective shaft.
ASSEMBLY
For assembly follow the reverse procedure of re-
moval.
