10.4.4 COMPRESSOR
DISMANTLING
1. Install the armature plate fixing tool
(1)
to the ar-
mature plate
(2),
set the socket
(3) (14mm)
to the
self-lock nut
(4),
and remove the self-lock nut and
then remove the armature plate.
2.
Remove the shim
(1).
3. Remove the snap ring on the front housing side
of the rotor
(1)
using the snap ring pliers
(2).
!! WARNING
Care should be taken while removing the shim by
preventing it from jumping out; otherwise it may
cause serious injuries.
4. Remove the rotor
(1).
