Removal ofCylinderHeadFromCylinderBlock

Remove the HP pipes connected between the

common rail & Injectors.(Fig.8) Cover the

openings with suitable caps.

Disconnect the injector back leak tube (Fig.9) &

cover the Openings with suitable caps.

NOTE :

Engine mounted on overhaul stand and all

auxiliary components removed.

Remove the oil filter using the special spaner (part

no. 2654 5890 18 01) (Fig.7)
