OIL SEPARATOR FITTED ON ENGINE

Oil Separator for Air Breather :

Astep towardsdevelopingenvironment friendlyproducts,

to eliminate the engine blow by being emitted to

atmosphere, the engine breather / oil separator has been

fitted.

The oil separator, separates oil from the blow by of the

engineandsends it back toengineoil sump.The remaining

air, carbon particles and other gases are sent to the inlet

manifold.

There is alsoa spring loadeddiaphragmvalveprovidedon

the oil separator outlet to the inletmanifold.This prevents

the flow of excessive blow-by from the oil separator to

inlet manifold in case the air filter is choked and high

suction starts acting on outlet port of oil separator.

No leakagepast diaphragmor top cover of oil separator is

permitted. Replace the assembly if there is any leakage.
