D. INSTALLATION OF THE FRONTWHEELS

a. Install the front wheels on the hub assy and

tighten the wheel nuts by hand.

b. Remove the supports, supporting the chassis

long member.

c. Tighten the wheel nuts to a torque of 12-15

mkg.

E. PRE LOAD THE TORSION BAR

(For procedure see Installation of torsion bar - Tata

Safari - Suspension Group)

F. WHEEL ALIGNMENT

Check and adjust wheel alignment if necessary.

Note:

Refer suspension group for wheel alignment

procedure.
