Take out 3rd speed gear along with 3rd / 4th shifter

sleeve and engaging gear. Ref fig. 42

Remove needle roller cage.

Gently separate out shifter sleeve from engaging gear

and remove carriers, springs and balls - 5 mm dia.

Separate out synchro cone.

Hold the shaft firmly and pull out bush along with

spacer and 2nd speed gear with the help of puller. Pt.
