Push out cylindrical pin. Ref Fig. 19
Pull out shifting yoke from selector & shifter shaft.
Pry out oil seal from selector and shifter shaft.
Remove spacer.
Hold the coupling flange with the holder, Pt. No. 2651
5890 35 11. (For Tata Motors make)
Unstuck and remove main shaft nut. Pull out coupling
flange. Ref Fig. 20

Unscrew the nuts and take out the shifter bracket.
Unscrew the speedo drive gear casing nuts and
carefully remove the speedo drive gear casing from its
seat. Ref Fig. 21
