FITMENT
Clean the glass and painted surface with cleaner
TEROSTAT-8550. Allow it to dry completely.
Apply a thin and even coat
(approximately 0.5mm
thick)
of PRIMER TEROSTAT-8511 on the glass.
Allow it to dry for 2 minutes.
Apply thin and even coat
(approximately 0.5mm
thick)
of PRIMER TEROSTAT- 8521 on painted
surface. Allow it to dry for 2 minutes.
Apply sealant TEROSTAT-8590 on the glass with
the applicator nozzle.
Mount the glass on the body flange within 20
minutes. Wipe of the excessive spill off with clean
dry rags. Do not use ISOPROPANOL.
NOTE
While installation of glass on BIW
Remove the release paper of 3M fixing.
Keep it position for minimum 30 minutes.
Do not drive the vehicle for 2Hrs.
FRONT QUARTER GLASS
FITMENT
