3.0 RADIATOR REMOVAL AND RE-

FITMENT ON VEHICLE:-

Cooling System Precautions:

WARNING

1.

Coolant is poisonous to humans and

animals. Do not ingest. It may cause injury

and even death.

2.

Do not remove the coolant reservoir cap

while the engine cooling system is still hot.

It may spray out hot coolant and steam

causing severe burns.

CAUTION

Do not remove the coolant reservoir cap while

the engine cooling system is still hot. It may

spray out hot coolant and steam causing

severe burns.

NOTE

Always dispose engine coolant properly to

avoid harming the environment.

1. Allow Engine and Radiator to cool down till

ambient temperature.

2. Always disconnect the battery negative (-)

cable to prevent operating of radiator fan

accidently.

3. Always drain the entire cooling system and fill

with fresh premixed coolant. Do not reuse

previously drained coolant. Presence of dirt in

coolant chokes up passages in radiator,

cylinder head and crankcase, thereby causing

overheating of engine.

4. Always add the recommended brand and

mixture of coolant to the engine cooling

system. Using a mixture or brand other than

recommended may damage the cooling

system components.

5. Using recommended premixed coolant

prevents rust formation and freezing of

coolant inside the passages of radiator,

crankcase and cylinder head.

Removal:

1. Open the front bonnet.

2. Turn the wheel to lock to lock position.

3. Remove all mounting screws of fender liner.
