REMOVAL & REFITMENT OF SOV COIL
REMOVAL
 Unscrew the coil External nut using 22 mm
spanner.
 Remove the upper O – ring (1) and internal nut
(2) using 17 mm socket.
 Remove the SOV coil (1) and lower O-ring (2)
 Remove the SOV coil (1) and lower O-ring (2)
RE-FITMENT
 Replace the new coil and tighten the SOV lower
nut in request position to 12 + 1 Nm. (Using 17
mm socket & torque wrench.)
 Place the upper O-ring and tighten the SOV nut
to 8 + 1Nm.
