5. Remove the alternator belt cover mounted
with three M6 flange hex screw. (It is
accessible from bottom side).
6. Remove the ‘Suction and Discharge lines’
mounted on compressor by using ratchet and
socket spanner.
Note:
As soon as the refrigerant lines disconnected, cap
the opened fittings so that moisture and dust do
not enter into the system
.
7. Remove AC compressor tensioner bolt and
mounting bolt by using ratchet and socket
spanner.
