GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Air is taken into combustion chamber through the air

intake system.

The air intake system should have the ability to supply

sufficient quantity of air which is clean, cool & dry.

The main components of Air Intake System are:

Air Filter Element

Intake Manifold

•

Throttle Body

•

T-MAP (Temp. Mass Air Flow Pressure Sensor)

•

TPS (Throttle Position Sensor)

•

IACV (IntakeAir Control Valve)
