9. Assemble cup support assembly on mount
followed by inner support.
10. Put spring washer and tighten hexagonal nut to
specified torque.
TIGHTENING TORQUE FOR STRUT HEXAGONAL NUT
= 4.6 Kg-m
11. Remove spring compressor tool from the coil
spring uniformly.
NOTE:
1. After installation of all parts, check dust seal for
correct fitment on bearing seat. Coil spring should
be properly seated on spring seat and with correct
orientation.
2. After assembly of strut, ensure support cup
assembly rotates which confirms correct
assembly.

NOTE:
Apply grease lithinumMP SS: 6805 TP 2 -
301 TS: 25205 on top of thrust bearing surface.
5. Assemble bearing seat on thrust bearing.
6. Assemble dust seal on bearing seat.
CAUTION:
Ensure that seal is uniformly seated
on the outer periphery of bearing seat.
7. Assemblemount seat and install on strut assembly.
NOTE:
Seethedirectionofmountseatwhileassembly.
8. Assemble support cup assemblywith stopper.
