•
Tighten the oil filter with the oil filter spanner. (Part
No.2834 5890 06 15).
CAUTION
Don’t tighten more after resting on block. Properly
turn it by 3/4 rotation.
•
Fit the rubber hose connecting between water
pump and cylinder block.
•
Assemble the fuel rail on the cylinder head; tighten
the hexagonal mounting bolts with specified torque.
•
Mount the starter motor on the crank case with
the help of twomounting bolts. Tighten themounting
bolts with specified torque.
•
Assemble the cylinder head cover on cylinder head
by tighteningmounting bolts to the specified torque.
