ENGINE 273 MPFI
•
Fit the engine `A` mount & tighten it with the
Specified torque.
•
Fit the timing rear cover and tighten the mounting
screws with specified torque.
•
Fit the timing belt tensioner.
•
Rotate the crank shaft to bring the first piston (i.e.
close to timing cover) at TDC position. Lock the
camshaft (at end slot) using camshaft locking plate
(Part No. 2834 5809 06 20)
•
Lock the flywheel by inserting TDC Lock Pin (Part
No. 2834 5890 06 14)
•
Fit the cam shaft gear and slightly tighten the hex.
