Removal
1. Take out B-pillar trim. (Refer B-pillar trim removal
procedure)
2. Remove plastic cap and remove top bolt of the
seat belt.
3. Remove the plastic cap and remove the anchor
bolt.
4. Remove bottom bolt of the seat belt. Take out seat
belt.
Inspection
As seat belts correspond to primary safety of the
passenger they must be inspected carefully and
replaced with genuine parts.
(a) Seat belt :
Its webbing or strap should be free
from damage.
(b) Retractor :
It should lock webbing when pulled
quickly.
(c) Anchor bolt :
Anchor bolts should be tightened
to specified torque value.
