 Remove the high pressure line between two
cylinders along with vent hose by removal of
HP tube connection of cylinder valve ends.
 Dismantle the bottom corrugated hoses by
loosening the clip.
 Dismantle the assembly high pressure tube at
cylinder valve end
 Remove both mounting nuts of cylinder
mounting straps.
 Slightly pull the strap upward
 Take out the cylinder carefully and place it in
safe place.
NOTE:
 Get the CNG Cylinder checked and
recertified after every 5 years at Govt
approved test agencies mentioned in this
Manual
 Never fill CNG cylinder with air, LPG or any
fuel except CNG.
 Keep the car away from any Fire source.
 Remove the CNG tank during the welding /
brazing work on the Car.
FITMENT OF CNG CYLINDER:
 For fitment procedure, follow the reverse
procedure of “Removal”.
 Conduct leak detection test after the fitment of
CNG cylinder on vehicle.
