6. Remove Electrical connection on chiller unit. 7. Remove the mounting nut and disconnect the Suction line and the discharge pipes from chiller TXV and take out AC pipes. 8. Remove spring band clamps from coolant inlet outlet pipes of Chiller. 9. Remove Chiller mounting screw and take out Chiller. FITMENT Follow the reverse procedure of removal. CAUTION Never leave chiller joints open, immediately cover with caps. Check condition of ‘O’ ring while re-assembly of AC pipes at Chiller TXV. FATC 66
