4. Remove brake disc screws (02 nos.) securing brake disc to the hub. 5. Pull off the brake disc. INSPECTION Refer Maintenance, Adjustment and Test for Brake Disc inspection. INSTALLATION 1. Clean mating faces of hub and new brake disc. 2. Mount brake disc onto hub and tighten two screws to specified torque. 3. Install the caliper assembly to the steering knuckle and tighten two bolts to specified torque. 4. Fit the wheels and tighten wheel mounting nuts to specified torque. C. FRONT WHEEL SPEED SENSOR REMOVAL Wheel Speed Sensor Connector Pin Details REMOVAL 1. Position the vehicle on two-post lift. 2. Disconnect electrical connector of wheel speed sensor. 3. Remove sensor mounting screw and remove the wheel speed sensor from the steering knuckle.
