SUSPENSION_MR 29 C. WHEEL HUB REMOVAL 1. Place the vehicle in the two-post lift and apply parking brake. 2. Remove wheel rim cover. 3. Loosen the wheel mounting bolts. 4. Lift the vehicle till the front wheels are off the ground. 5. Unscrew the wheel mounting bolts and remove the wheel. 6. Unscrew and remove tie rod ball joint nut. 7. Remove tie rod ball joint using puller part No. 2871 5890 4601. 8. Support the lower arm from bottom. 9. Unstake and unscrew drive shaft nut and take out the thrust washer. 10.Remove holder from the hub assembly. a) Remove the caliper housing from the knuckle. . b) Unscrew the disc holding screws and remove the disc. 11.Unscrew the sensor mounting screw and remove the sensor (if applicable) 12.Pull out the hub with the help of puller part No. 2702 5890 3302 and striker part No. 2702 5890 3304 13.Remove puller from the hub. 14.Remove ball joint of lower arm from the Knuckle. 15. Remove strut mounting bottom bolts from the knuckle assembly by supporting the drive shaft
