SUB ASSEMBLY - KNUCKLE / HUB: Clean all the parts thoroughly and replace damage / worn out parts. 1. With the help of drift part No. 2779 5890 3301 and 2640 5890 3511 fit bearing in the knuckle. During Pressing the Bearing into knuckle, Ensure the marking to be at Inboard side of Vehicle. 2. Fit circlip. 3. Place the Assembly Hub over knuckle Assembly. Using drift part No. 2576 5890 4401 press the Assembly Hub into the Bearing (of Knuckle Assembly). D. REMOVAL OF SUBFRAME ASSEMBLY 1. Remove the front wheel and disconnect the anti roll bar joint. 2. Disconnect the steering tie rod ball joint from the knuckle. 3. Disconnect the EPAS. (steering group) 4. Remove the C mount of the engine from the Subframe. Remove Exhaust Front Pipe Assy (for Petrol). 5. 6. Loosen the Subframe bolts and lower the assembly (Subframe, antiroll bar, steering rack, lower arm). 7. Remove the steering rack assembly from Subframe. 8. Remove the anti roll bar from Subframe. SUSPENSION_PETROL 33
