INPUT AND OUTPUT ROTARY SEALS IV. REMOVAL 1. Remove Rotary seals. 2. Ensure the oil is drained from the transmission for servicing the seals. 3. Discard seals which have been removed from the transmission. FITMENT 1. Place a new input rotary seal over the input shaft. 2. Place the tool on the seal. 3. Tap the tool with a hammer until the tool touches the PSM cover. 4. Place a new output/differential rotary seal. 5. Tap the Tool with a hammer until the tool reaches the housing. NOTE The rotary seals at the input shaft and another two rotary seals at the differential can be serviced. Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) 58
