5. Remove two Screws & take out Brake Drum. 6. Remove mounting screw on wheel speed sensor cable. 7. Take out Bearing Assembly and Brake shoe assembly by removing four allen screws. FITMENT OF REAR GEN 3 BEARING Follow the reverse procedure for installation or Fitment. GEN-3 BEARING MOUNTING PROCEDURE • 1. It requires specific care for bolt tightening sequence and torque value. 2. Sequences of bolt tightening of inner flange into the knuckle/RTB normally carried out as described in view 3. Apply thread locker to all bolts. Tightening torque of 2-3 kg.m (pre-tension) is applied to bolts is in sequence of 1-3-2-4. 4. Final tightening torque of 7.65 kg.m must be then applied with same sequence. 5. Bolt tightening sequence must be followed to avoid abnormal residual face deformation of gen-3 bearing. NOTE Illustrative image of Rear Gen3 bearing to show the mounting bolts behind.
