1.2L REVOTRON TWIN CYLINDER CNG ENGINE 138 34. Place the cylinder in the vehicle. 35. Take the nuts of the cylinder back straps at extreme end. 36. Place the straps. 37. Tighten the nuts with washer of the cylinder front straps with the 2.5-3.0 Kg-m torque. 38. Tighten the nuts of the cylinder back straps with the 1.5-2.0 Kg-m torque. 39. Tighten the HP pipe connector at the cylinder valve with the torque of additional 1/4th turn of the initial marking on HP pipe connector. NOTE If new high pressure line fitted (i.e. replacement case) then 16Nm Torque (half turn tightening after hand tight of nut) to be ensured. 40. Connect the battery negative cable terminal. 41. Keep the CNG shutoff valve at open position. 42. Fill the CNG in the vehicle. 43. Perform the leak detection test with the help of Snoop Liquid Solution (210924350589) / Portable Gas Detector (294014087631).after
