1.5L REVOTORQ ENGINE 121 10.Using the special flange (part no. 2547 0713 7103) for FIP gear removal, loosen the gear from the HP pump. 11.Remove the FIP gear and its mounting fastener. 12.Remove the front mounting bolt of the H.P. pump. 13.Remove all the electrical connections of the HP pump. 14.Disconnect the fuel line connection of the HP pump. Close the open fuel lines with suitable plug to avoid spillage of fuel. 15.Disconnect the fuel line connection between fuel rail and HP pump.
