1.5L REVOTORQ ENGINE 122 16.Loosen and remove the mounting bolts and take out the H.P. pump assembly. FITMENT Follow the reverse order of removal procedure. NOTE:- While assembling HP pump refer phasing procedure given in “fitment of cylinder head on cylinder block” section. M. REMOVAL OF EGR VALVE 1. Loosen and remove the mounting fasteners and take out the EGR pipe assembly. 2. Disconnect the vacuum hose connected to the EGR valve. 3. Loosen and remove the mounting fasteners and take out the EGR valve. Note While removing EGR valve on vehicle level, ensure all fasteners are removed. Please use inspection glass/mirror to identify the location of mounting fastener below intake manifold. FITMENT Follow the reverse order of removal procedure. NOTE On Replacement of Throttle/ EGR/ VGT assembly (Respective actuator routine to be performed by using TDS tool).
