Remove Hose thermostat to bypass pipe 6. connection. Remove Lambda sensor bracket mounting. 7. Remove the cover mounting nuts. 8. FITMENT For fitment follow the reverse order of removal. Tighten fasteners to the recommended torque. Thermostat cover mounting: M6 Bolt– (1 Kg-m) COMPRESSOR AND ALTERNATOR BELT I. REMOVAL The belt used in this vehicle is multi ribbed belt. This belt is pre-tensioned over Air conditioner compressor and crank shaft pulley and therefore do not require the tensioner as this is capable of efficient power transmission. Remove front RH mud liner. (Refer Body 1. section for removal procedure). Remove alternator, compressor and water 2. pump driving Belts.
