For Outer Stretch Belts Removal use special 3. Tool 5427 5890 0602. For Inner Stretch Belts Removal use special 4. Tool 5424 5890 0616. Remove the belts. 5. FITMENT • For fitment follow the reverse order of removal. TIMING BELT REMOVAL J. REMOVAL I. Drain and collect engine oil. 1. Remove RH side front tyre. 2. Remove RH side mud liner and wheel arch 3. liner. (Refer Body section for removal procedure). Remove compressor and alternator belt. 4. Remove the air filter. 5. Disconnect and remove engine wiring harness 6. mounted on head cover. Set the wiring harness aside. CAUTION Ensure that the tool is correctly located during the belt fitment process.
