Trouble Shooting:- DTC’s confirmation:- After rectification, ensure the following points before handing over the system to the customer 1) Battery Voltage is between 9 to 16V. 2) Replacement of ECU. 3) Drive the vehicle on road and check the assistance. Circuit Schematic Diagram:- VICM pin no Pin description 1 Vbatt (KL30) 2 GND 3 CAN_H(High-speed) 4 Ignition (KL15) 5 Status LED 6 Trasport Mode Fuse (10A) 7 Battery Supply (+Vbatt) 8 CAN_L(High-speed) Reset the ECU (Remove the power plug from ECU and reconnect after about 5 minutes) Yes No Is DTC still present? Stop Replace the ECU. Is DTC Present? Yes No Stop 1. Connect the TML Diagnostic Tool. 2. Turn the Ignition ON 3. Check the status of DTC’s(Memorized¤t) 4. Record the DTC & Clear 5. Turn Ignition OFF & ON 6. Verify If U1006 – 42 is present
