CONTROLLED COPY FOR RESTRICTED CIRCULATION Flow chart Press “stop communication” Switch off Ignition OFF & ON for normal operation END Diagnostics Tester will write the AES key in the IMMO and locks it (no further writing is possible) In diagnostic tester: press, “start” Select “Pair EMS” Press, “Start communication” Diagnostic tester will generate AES key from VIN (present in Immobilizer) Confirm back the written VIN no. by reading it back Ensure Immobilizer is selected for diagnostics in diagnostic tester Connect the diagnostic tester to diagnostic connector in vehicle and Turn ignition ON Start Read VIN No. from EMS or Vehicle chassis Write VIN no. in Immo
