Is there any rust/oxidization observed on Sensor Terminals. Clean the Rust or repair or replace Go to Step 2. 2. The error is SET if any one of the following errors are detected. 1. Only starter relay1 is activated and relay2 is still in open state. 2. When battery voltage is above certain voltage threshold 8000 volt. 3. When the VSensing feedback signal becomes high. Establish continuity by rectifying harness connections as per the circuit schematic. Go to Step 3. 3. Are there any pins damaged at EMS ECU Connector. Replace the connector or wiring Harness. Go to step 4. 4. Are there any pins backed out from the EMS ECU Connector. Rectify/Replace Connectors. Go to Step 5. 5. Is EMS pin K072, K055, K085 short circuited to GND/Battery or Open? Repair the harness as per the schematic. Go to Step 6. 6. If fault still persists. then replace sensor and if fault still persists then call Hotline. Follow the above procedure again for Reconfirmation. DTC’s confirmation (checks before handing over vehicle to customer): 1. Check the errors at Ignition ON, engine running @ Idle & Fly-up with different vehicle speeds also. 2. If error present, then rectify the errors. 3. Confirm that there is no error logged in EMS before handing over vehicle to customer.
