Author: ERC Page: 151 of 202 B1F48-12:- All HVAC & non-HVAC sensors Voltage reference pin- Circuit Short to battery ISO Code B1F48- 14 Customer Symptom System is less responsive to user control and environmental conditions Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Non HVAC sensor input out of range Lamp Status (If Any) Door flaps shall be timer controlled Fault Detection Condition If C2 - 14 of HVAC side connector to battery Normal Operating Condition FATC setting is updating properly as per user input. Probable Trouble Area HVAC connector wired wrong, Sensor connector wired wrong, harness wire shorted Healing Condition If there is a continuity between the C2-14 of HVAC side connector and battery line correct the wiring harness (wiring harness short to battery) Component Details: N/A Preliminary Checks: 1. Voltage at the battery terminals should be greater than 9V at the Ignition ON Condition. 2. FATC power supply connector should have greater than 9V for normal functionality of FATC. 3. Check battery cable and FATC connector terminals for damage. 4. Check CCM for pin bend/damage.
