Check whether the EMS ECU is receiving supply and Ground Go to step 2 Rectify wiring Harness as per the schematic if found faulty 2. Check whether the battery is healthy Go to step 3 Repair Battery 3. Check whether the EMS ecu pins A38,K42,K07,K41,A37 are short Circuited to Ground. Go to step 4 Follow rectification process of concerned sensor if faulty 4 Are there any pins damaged at EMS ECU Connector? Also check electrical continuity of wiring harness between ECU and rail pressure sensor as per circuit schematics. Rectify the connection Go to Next Step 5 Check with diagnostic tool if the sensor supply voltage lies in between 4.75 V to 5.35 V Go to step 6. Check battery voltage also check proper wiring harness 6. If fault still persists Call Hot Line Repeat above procedure for reconfirmation DTC’s confirmation: • If error present, then rectify the errors. Confirm that there is not error logged present before handed over Vehicle to customer.
