Thereafter if any new user request/AUTO comes, motor will be driven on Time basis. Fault Detection Condition Mode Door Control Motor Feedback Line - Circuit short to Ground Normal Operating Condition With the Mode feedback line connected to the harness and with Ignition ON, check the voltage between blue connector pin no 11 & ground of the Connector. The voltage range should be in between 0.2 to 4.7 V Probable Trouble Area Sensor signal short to ground Healing Condition If there is a continuity between the Mode distribution door actuator Feedback line and Ground line correct the wiring harness (wiring harness short to Ground) Component Details: The Mode Door Actuator controls the direction of airflow. It selects which way air flows through the different ducts. Preliminary Checks: Switch On the IGN & perform the following check. 1) Connect the Diagnostics tool & check the DTC fault code 2) Read ECU parameter value Target Position of Mode Door Flap and Air Distribution Mode Door flap Position (Internal Value) for actual and target position of Actuator
