Check whether the EMS ECU is receiving supply and Ground. Check especially the earthing points whether they are properly connected after removing body paint. Any problem found? Go to step 3 Rectify wiring harness connections as per schematic 2 Check open circuit of main relay supply pins as per EMS schematics 3 Check whether the battery is healthy Go to step 6 Repair Battery 4 Check main relay is fault Go to step 5 5 Replace Relay with good one. 6 If fault still persists Replace EMS ecu Repeat above procedure for reconfirmation DTC’s confirmation: Ensure that no faults are logged by EMS before handing over the vehicle back to customer Circuit Schematic: EMS ECU
