Trouble Shooting:- DTC’s confirmation:- After rectification, ensure the following points before handing over the system to the customer 1. Battery Voltage is between 9 to 16V. 2. Replacement of ECU. 3. Drive the vehicle on road and check the assistance. Circuit Schematic Diagram:- N/A Re set the ECU ( Remove the power plug from ECU and reconnect after about 5 minutes ) Yes No I s DTC still present? Stop Replace the ECU. Is DTC Present? Yes No Stop 1 . Connect the TML Diagnostic Tool . 2 . Turn the Ignition ON 3 . Check the status of DTC’s (Memorized/Current) 4 . Record the DTC & Clear . Turn Ignition OFF & ON 5 . Verify If 6 P0604 – 00 is present
