Trouble Shooting: DTC’s healing confirmation: If the ABS/ESP lamp on Instrument Cluster goes OFF, DTC is healed. DTC might still be present in the history and can be cleared. YES START RECEIVED POSITIVE RESPONSE? STOP NO 1. CONNECT THE TML DIAGNOSTIC TOOL. 2. TURN THE IGNITION ON. 3. CHECK THE STATUS OF DTC’s (MENORIZED/CURRENT) 4. RECORD THE DTC AND CLEAR. 5. TURN IGNITION OFF & ON. 6. VERIFY IF DTC U1604-41 IS PRESENT WRITE VALID VARIANT MATCHING TO ACTUAL VEHICLE CONFIGURATION USING DIAGNOSTIC SERVICE STOP 1. CLEAR DTC 2. TURN IGNITION OFF & ON. 3. WAIT FOR 5 SEC REPLACE THE ECU
