Check connectivity with BCM CAN_H to IPC CAN_H (pin no.6) and BCM CAN_L to IPC CAN_L (pin no.5) in vehicle wiring side connector Repair the wiring harness Check battery and ground of BCM is properly connected or not. Also check fuse blown. Do necessary repair in the harness Clear DTC Stop Is continuity there?
