No (In history) Check continuity between PSCM CAN_H to IPC CAN_H(pin no.6 ) and PSCM CAN_L to IPC CAN_L(pin no. 5) in vehicle wiring side connector. Is continuity there? Repair the wiring harness Clear DTC Stop Check , Battery and Ground of Power Steering Control Module is properly connected or not. Also check fuse blown(Ignition-10A, Battery10A,15A,20A) Do necessary repair in the harness Yes Yes No U0131-08 Lost Communication With Power Steering Control Module- Message Failure
